About Motion

Motion was created from the belief that many people have lost connection with their body.

The pace of modern life encourages constant stimulation, stress, and repetitive habits that gradually disconnect people from physical awareness. Over time, this often appears as tension, fatigue, discomfort, restricted movement, or a persistent feeling of pressure in the body.

Many people move through daily life without noticing how stress, posture, work patterns, emotions, and lifestyle shape the way their body feels and functions.

Motion exists to help bring that awareness back.

The work is grounded in the idea that the body and nervous system are deeply interconnected. When the body remains under constant tension or stimulation for long periods, recovery, mobility, sleep, and overall wellbeing are affected.

Through bodywork and sensory regulation, Motion aims to help people slow down, reconnect with their body, and develop a more conscious relationship with their health and wellbeing.

Beyond temporary relief, the intention is to encourage greater awareness of how we move, rest, recover, and care for ourselves in everyday life.

The Practitioner

I’m Felipe Toledo, a bodyworker with a background in corporate leadership and more than 20 years of experience working in high-pressure environments.

My interest in bodywork developed through personal injury, recovery, and a growing fascination with how the body adapts to stress, movement, compensation, and healing.

What began as personal curiosity gradually evolved into a professional practice focused on helping people feel and function better in their bodies.

My work combines technical precision with attentive presence and a strong focus on listening — both to what people communicate verbally and to what the body expresses through movement, tension, posture, and response to touch.

I draw influence from deep tissue therapy, flowing massage traditions, breathwork, nervous system regulation practices, and sensory elements such as sound and scent.

Rather than following rigid routines, I adapt each treatment to the individual and what their body needs in the moment.

Many people who come to Motion are carrying chronic stress, physical overload, fatigue, or long-held tension patterns. My aim is to create a space where the body can slow down, recover, and regain a greater sense of balance and awareness.
